Responding to a disturbance call, two Appleton black-and-whites rolled up on their Schwinns (seriously), finding Barnett in a heated arguement with the female owner of a downtown Appleton nightclub. After the woman failed to see things Barnett’s way, and in full view of the bicycle units, he shoved her to the ground.
